  • Express Delivery: Additional fee calculated at checkout (based on location and weight).

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM are processed on the next business day.
  • During sales campaigns, holidays, or peak seasons, processing time may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will contact you to reschedule.

  • After multiple failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately.
